Please try entering your user name again and remember that user names are not case sensitive. If your attempt is unsuccessful, please review the email sent to you when you were registered for your PwC account, or inquire with your PwC contact. I forgot my username. How do I retrieve it? If your attempt is unsuccessful, select the Forgot your password? link under the Need Help Logging In section and answer your security question, which will reset your password. I forgot my password. Can I have it reset? From the Log in screen, select the Forgot your password? link under the Need Help Logging In section. You will be asked to answer a security question. Your answer must exactly match the answer you provided while setting up your security questions during the registration process (answer is not case sensitive). If you answer correctly, your password will be reset and you will receive an email containing your new temporary password. If you again answer incorrectly, you will receive an error message advising you to try again.
